We’re back! With chocolate!

We’re so excited to be opening back up this weekend February 6, 2026! We’ve made a few upgrades to the tasting room and grounds, brought home some new hardware (we’ll talk about that soon), changed up our pricing on a few items, and are developing a fun entertainment lineup for 2026. First up is the HOI wine trail wine and chocolate pairing weekend:

If you try the truffles from Cocoa Blue, you’ll instantly get why we go all the way to Springfield to get them each year for this event! We’re offering either an in-house tasting or a package to go which pair these amazing chocolates with two of our amazing wines.

This year:
- Wyldflower, an aromatic sweet white wine with a white chocolate coconut truffle.
- Cherry, a bourbon barrel-aged fruit wine with the dark chocolate bourbon truffle - bonus pts if you can name the figure the mold is depicting!
